We have tried to make your arrival at the Residenz Grafenmatt as uncomplicated as possible and would like to give you a few tips.

 

First of all, please note that the H&P reception in the building is not responsible for our apartments. Our apartments are managed by the company cbw hospitality GmbH, which is usually on site during check-in times.

 

The check-in times are from

 

3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

If you have completed the online check-in , you can enter the apartment at any time after 3:00 p.m. using the Nuki code provided in the booking confirmation .

 

 

One free parking space in the underground car park is available for each apartment.

 

For apartment 305 this is parking space no. 20

and for apartment 306, parking space no. 21.

 

Both parking spaces are located directly after the entrance on the right.
