Prices apply per single apartment for up to 2 people

• each additional person aged 6 and over plus 10.00 euros/day

• each additional person aged 16 and over plus 20.00 euros/day

Maximum occupancy 6 people per apartment (children< 2 years do not count)

plus final cleaning 125.00 euros per apartment

Deposit per apartment 150 euros (due with the last payment, refunded max. 14 days after departure, provided there are no claims)

In addition, a tourist tax and a tourism contribution for the municipality of Feldberg must be paid, which we will pay on your behalf

• 3.08 euros/day for adults aged 16 and over

• 1.38 euros/day for children aged 6 and over

• free for children under 6 years

• everything as of 2021

Payment terms:

• 20% within 7 days of booking

• Rest together with the deposit at least 60 days before arrival​

Cancellation policy:​

• within 48 hours of booking 100%

• up to 60 days before arrival 80% reimbursement of rental costs plus tourist tax/deposit already paid​

• Up to 30 days before arrival, 50% reimbursement of rental costs plus tourist tax/deposit already paid

• Within 30 days before arrival, reimbursement of the final cleaning plus any tourist tax/deposit already paid
