Prices are per single apartment for up to 2 people

• each additional person from 6 years plus 10.00 Euro/day

• each additional person aged 16 and over plus 20.00 Euro/day

Maximum occupancy 4 adults + 2 children per apartment (children < 2 years do not count)

plus final cleaning + service fee 175.00 Euro per apartment

Deposit per apartment 150 Euro (refundable max. 14 days after departure, if no claims)

In addition, a tourist tax for the municipality of Feldberg must be paid, which we will pay on your behalf

• 3.50 euros/day for adults aged 16 and over

• 1.60 euros/day for children aged 6 and over

• free for children under 6 years

Payment terms:

• 20% within 7 days of booking

• Rest together with the deposit at least 60 days before arrival

Cancellation policy:

• within 48 hours of booking 100%

• up to 60 days before arrival 80% refund of the rental costs plus already paid tourist tax/deposit

• up to 30 days before arrival 50% refund of the rental costs plus already paid tourist tax/deposit

• within 30 days before arrival refund of the final cleaning plus already paid tourist tax/deposit
